I offer low cost therapy for teens and adults who are struggling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and experiences of trauma. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping clients uncover what’s keeping them stuck—whether that’s unhelpful thought patterns, emotional wounds from the past or major life changes.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy into our sessions which offer intentional and helpful skills to manage current challenges. I also utilize a Psychodynamic framework to help clients explore underlying unconscious patterns that may be contributing to their current distress.
Most importantly, I believe that the client is the expert in their life. My role is to support you with compassion, curiosity and evidence-based tools as we work together toward greater self-awareness, growth and meaning in your life.
