Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they want to change, you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. Using a compassionate approach, I help clients become curious about their inner world, understand the protective parts behind their struggles, and build greater self-trust and self-compassion. Together, we create space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change.

I’m a Master of Counselling Psychology student and Intern Therapist at Alli Therapy. I’m here to offer you a warm, supportive space where you can better understand your emotions, experiences, and relationships with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, make space for what you’ve been carrying, and work towards growth.
