Una brings over three years of experience working with adults navigating addiction recovery, involvement with the justice system, and challenges related to self-worth, identity, grief, and relationships. This is where her passion for helping others lies. She aims to provide a non-judgmental and grounded approach to therapy.
Una believes that every individual has strengths—even if they don’t feel obvious right now—and part of her role is to help clients identify and build on them. Together, she works with clients to explore underlying patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward achieving their goals.
If individuals are struggling with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or life transitions, Una supports them in strengthening coping skills, building confidence, and navigating life’s challenges.
Una understands that reaching out for support can be challenging, and individuals may feel unsure, overwhelmed, or question whether their struggles are “serious enough” for therapy. Wherever someone is in their journey, they don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a place to begin making sense of things at their own pace. When they feel ready, Una welcomes them to reach out.
