If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the weight of difficult experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of how to move forward. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that you do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
I work with youth (12+) and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting female-identified survivors of violence, abuse, and unhealthy relationships. You may find yourself questioning your worth, putting others’ needs before your own, struggling to trust yourself, or feeling unsure of who you are outside of your experiences. Therapy can be a space to begin reconnecting with yourself and your strengths.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you while working toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.
As a student therapist completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I work under the supervision of experienced clinicians while providing affordable, high-quality therapy. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but you do not have to do this alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
