Get to know Sydney

I am very passionate about mental health care. I currently have 8 years of experience in the mental health field working with clients who struggle with dual diagnoses, psychosis, personality disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. I have experience working with unhoused populations and de-escalating clients with suicide ideation and intent.

I love hiking in nature, camping, completing crochet projects, gardening, learning new things and participating in arts and crafts.

I am drawn to various therapeutic modalities such as DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS among many others.

I look forward to connecting! Book a free 15-minute consultation!
