I am a Yorkville University student therapist, completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree. I am passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and respected. I work with individuals navigating various concerns, including neurodivergence and chronic illness. I recognize the complex and unique ways these experiences often intersect, and I approach them with openness. Having chronic illnesses myself, I bring an added layer of understanding to my work, and I aim to hold space for both the visible and invisible.
Taking a client-centred perspective, I draw from various therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I attend to each client with curiosity and compassion, believing everyone is worthy of care. I aim to meet clients where they are, and work with them to explore their challenges while building on existing strengths and resilience.
I am committed to honouring each client’s pace and autonomy throughout our work together. Reach out to begin or continue developing self-compassion and practical tools for growth.
