Get to know Sara

As an independent psychotherapist at One Peace Therapy, I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and strength-based practices. I work with youth, couples, newcomers, and individuals navigating complex family dynamics, cultural expectations, and life transitions.

At the heart of my work is a holistic and spiritually informed lens that recognizes each person as carrying a “precious stone” within—a unique inner strength that can be nurtured even in the midst of pain or challenge. I collaborate closely with clients to explore their emotions and inner experiences, supporting them in creating new patterns of living that feel authentic and aligned with their true selves. I have witnessed individuals and couples rediscover clarity, resilience, and deeper connection as they reconnect with themselves and one another.
