Hi, I’m Renata. As a therapist in training working under supervision, I believe that many people reach out for therapy when things feel too heavy to carry alone. You may be feeling exhausted from holding everything together, like there’s a weight you can’t quite put into words, or a sense that something isn’t right. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Reaching out is a meaningful step, and I’m here to support you.
I offer a calm and supportive space where we can slow down and explore these experiences together. My work draws on psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, approaches that help us look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns may shape how we feel, relate, and respond today.
I’m often described as having a gentle presence and a steady, attentive listening style. Therapy can be a place to become curious about yourself, make sense of difficult feelings, and begin to create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
