Do you ever feel like you are always the one giving, showing up, holding space, trying harder, yet somehow still being labelled too sensitive, too emotional, or too needy? No matter how much you offer, it feels like it never quite comes back. Some wounds do not announce themselves loudly. They show up quietly, in the way you shrink yourself to keep the peace, in the exhaustion of constantly adjusting while your own needs go unmet, or in the voice that tells you your pain isn’t serious enough to deserve attention. You may not know when or where it all started. You only know that something feels stuck, that certain patterns keep finding you, and that no matter how much you push through, a part of you is still waiting to feel seen, understood, and truly enough.
As a pre-licensed professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I work with adults navigating a wide range of experiences, from anxiety and self-doubt to relationship difficulties, early family dynamics, attachment wounds, and life transitions. Whatever brings you here, you do not need to minimize it or have the right words. Our work together is collaborative, reflective, and paced around your comfort. We take time to understand what you have been experiencing, how it has been affecting you, and what may be underlying recurring patterns. The focus is not on judging these experiences, but on making sense of them, so you can begin to move from self-criticism toward greater self-understanding and compassion, while also recognizing the strength that has carried you through experiences you may not have had the space to fully process.
I offer virtual, low-cost therapy across Canada, with sessions available in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. If something in this speaks to you, you’re welcome to reach out to book a free 30-minute consultation and see if working together feels right for you.
