Get to know Pippa

Hi, I’m Pippa (she/her).

Life can bring many challenges, but you don’t have to navigate these alone. Becoming or being a parent can bring both incredible joy and unexpected difficulties. As a mom of young children, I understand first-hand the adjustments and demands that come with this role.

Whether you are experiencing infertility, loss, postpartum changes, or the everyday stresses of parenting, I offer a safe and caring space to support you through parenthood.

I also understand that stress, relationships, life transitions, and past trauma can affect many areas of life, sometimes making things feel overwhelming. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can gently explore these experiences, building coping strategies, resilience, and self-understanding.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

I truly understand that reaching out for support can feel so difficult, but you don’t have to go through this alone. Working with me means having a space where you can finally breathe, a place where you will feel seen, heard, and gently supported without judgment. I take the time to understand your story and meet you where you are, so our work together feels meaningful and personal to you. As both a clinician and a parent, I understand how heavy life can feel at times, and how hard it can be to carry everything on your own. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through, whilst creating space for healing, growth and lasting change.
