Welcome, and thank you for being here!

For the past eight years, I’ve dedicated myself to deepening my understanding of people and the challenges they experience in their daily lives. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University and working toward registration as a psychotherapist under the supervision of Aline Maia, Registered Psychotherapist (MA, M.Ed, CC-PMH). My commitment is to support people in navigating life’s difficulties and moving toward lives that feel balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.

As a therapist, my focus is on creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your concerns, strengthen resilience, and develop coping strategies. I draw on CBT-informed, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused and mindfulness-based approaches to help you notice unhelpful patterns, shift perspectives, and build practical tools you can apply in daily life.

You can expect me to bring warmth, patience, and curiosity to our work together. I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that every journey is unique. Together we will work on managing whatever you are currently facing, and I have a strong passion for supporting you through your journey.

I believe therapy is not about addressing difficulties, but also about fostering growth, empowerment, and self-compassion. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and move toward a life where you feel grounded, confident, and capable of thriving.
