Get to know Muskaan

My approach to counselling emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and genuine connection. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe in exploring difficult emotions, thoughts, and experiences, while offering a steady presence and evidence-based treatments to help support meaningful change.

As a second generation immigrant, I deeply empathize with the complexities and challenges of biculturalism and developing a well-adjusted cultural identity. This experience has allowed me to connect with individuals navigating the social pressures of assimilation, cultural loss, identity, and clashing family values. As such, I hold a strong commitment to culturally responsive and socially just counselling.
