Get to know Murray

I have navigated a number of challenging life experiences. I have benefited from the support of others, and am looking to leverage this experience to support others.
My lived experience gained from avigating challenges has allowed me to develop a unique perspective that can help you to explore your own pathway and find a solution that works for you.
I use approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and other modalities that will meet you where you are.
