My experience has been working with people who come to me when life has stopped feeling manageable – when stress has been running the show for too long, when burnout has drained their energy, or when old wounds and traumatic experiences keep resurfacing in ways that can’t be ignored. Sometimes people arrive during transitions, questioning how to navigate the change, or trying to understand themselves more fully as neurodivergent.
My work is compassionate, yet evidence-based, to help you move forward through challenges. We talk through your situation, patterns of coping, and the experiences that helped shape where you are. We can explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover strengths that you may forgotten or overlooked, and build practical tools that support you and build your confidence.
I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re fine, where your pace is respected, and where your lived experience is heard.
