Get to know Meaghan

Meaghan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

She provides warm, compassionate, and judgment-free therapy for individuals of all ages. Meaghan supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, substance-use concerns, and major life transitions.

Her approach is collaborative and person-centred, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She tailors therapy to each client’s needs, values, background, and goals.

Meaghan’s goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
