Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be carrying grief, struggling with anxiety or depression, facing challenges in your relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
As an Intern Therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where adults and older adults can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and concerns related to addiction and substance use.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and client-centred. Together, we will explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward healing, growth, and greater wellbeing.
My background in counselling, applied theology, caregiving, and community outreach across Kenya and Canada has deepened my commitment to cultural humility and honouring each person’s unique story. I offer services in English, Swahili, and Kikamba, and I also provide Christian counselling for those who wish to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
