Hi! I’m Mariana, a therapist in training, offering sessions in English and Portuguese under clinical supervision.
You might be reaching out because something in your life feels uncertain, demanding, or difficult to navigate on your own. This may relate to important life or career transitions, relationship challenges, grief, immigration or adapting to a new culture or phase of life. These experiences can deeply affect our sense of direction and lead us to anxiety, fear, sadness, doubt, vulnerability. If you are here considering support, this is already a meaningful step.
I see therapy as a personal journey, where together we notice how your mind, body, emotions, and relationships connect to what you’re bringing. It’s a safe, non-judgmental space to accept and process what’s there, while reconnecting with strengths, and feeling more grounded, confident, and balanced as you move forward.
As someone who has experienced immigration and significant life and career transitions, I bring genuine respect and sensitivity to your unique path. I am currently enrolled in a bridging program for internationally trained professionals as I work toward registration in Canada, and I bring over 5 years of clinical experience in Brazil.
If you’re looking for a space to be heard, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation to see if this space feels right for you.
