Lindsey works with individuals (16+) who are feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, school, and everyday life. Many of her clients struggle with managing their time, energy, and competing responsibilities, leaving them feeling stressed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in a cycle of self-criticism. Others come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by major life transitions, relationship challenges, or a loss of confidence in themselves and their abilities. Together, Lindsey works with clients to better understand these challenges, build practical coping strategies, and help them feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to move forward.
She supports clients in navigating anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties managing the demands of work, school, and daily life. Drawing from CBT, ACT, and DBT, Lindsey helps clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build greater confidence, balance, and self-trust.
Lindsey understands that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when someone has been carrying a lot on their own. She offers a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space for clients to begin, and welcomes those who are interested to connect and explore whether it feels like a good fit.
