Maybe you understand your struggles intellectually but find it hard to access what you’re feeling in your body. Maybe you’re stuck in perfectionism, going through a difficult transition, or carrying something that’s hard to name. Whatever is bringing you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
As a queer person diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I understand what it’s like to navigate systems not built for you and to feel disconnected in a world that asks you to mask or conform. I believe we don’t come to therapy to be fixed — we come to remember who we truly are beneath the layers of survival and adaptation, to find our way back home to ourselves.
I support individuals navigating:
-
- Anxiety and depression
- Trauma
- Self-esteem struggles
- Emotional overwhelm
- Identity exploration
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Relationship challenges
- Chronic health conditions and accessibility needs
- The impact of systemic oppression and marginalization
I work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive therapeutic lens, which means I acknowledge how intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and marginalization shape our mental health and lived experiences. Our sessions will move at your pace, honouring what feels right for you in each moment. Sessions may include grounding exercises, gentle somatic exploration, art-making, or exploring young parts of you and the beliefs and protective strategies they carry. I’ll hold space for whatever emerges, meeting you with curiosity, compassion, and care.
I know reaching out can feel vulnerable. I would love to meet for a free 30 minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
