Get to know Kendra

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself? Maybe a new chapter has you feeling unrecognizable lately? Whether you’re dealing with a breakup (or break-down), a new diagnosis, or moving out for the first time, you probably wish to feel more assured in yourself and more connected to those around you. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA student under clinical supervision, I work with people navigating life transitions and offer a space where you don’t need to hold everything alone— we’ll untangle what you’re carrying together. I offer free 30-minute consultations and invite you to connect today.

My Approach

I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including identity exploration, self-esteem/ self-worth, relationships, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is flexible and responsive, shaped by your unique needs, goals, and pace. I believe growth looks different for everyone, and our work will reflect that.

I draw from existential, relational, and narrative approaches, which means we may explore:

  • The patterns and stories that shape your life
  • The meaning behind your experiences
  • What feels important to hold onto and what can be let go

Let’s Connect

If any of this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consult where we can get to know one another, assess how we might work together, and get a sense of your goals. I offer low-cost and sliding-scale fee structures, to make this process within reach and affordable. We can discuss payment options prior to your first appointment. Looking forward to connecting with you!
