Get to know Kelsey

I provide psychotherapy for children (ages 10+), teens, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or finding it difficult to manage life’s demands, I offer a supportive and compassionate space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach is person-centred and informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing us to work collaboratively to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for navigating challenges. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions and strive to create a warm, trusting environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
