Get to know Katie

You might be feeling stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by anxiety, or unsure how to trust yourself during periods of change. Low mood, self-criticism, or ADHD-related challenges can make it hard to feel grounded or confident in your decisions.

In therapy, I offer a supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work toward developing more compassionate, practical ways of responding to yourself. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more confident moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
