I’m a Canadian immigrant who arrived in adulthood and learned how to build a meaningful life in a new culture while becoming a mother. Those personal experiences have profoundly influenced my counselling approach, and they guide my commitment to helping clients move through different life stages and transitions with more clarity, safety, and support.
I’m deeply motivated to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that respects each person’s individual history, values, and lived reality. I feel privileged to hear my clients’ stories and to walk alongside them as they navigate their own journeys.
Throughout my work, I’ve supported refugees and people from communities that have long been overlooked or excluded, across a range of settings and circumstances. These experiences have reinforced my belief that resilience often develops in the midst of difficulty. With the right support and compassionate guidance, people can strengthen their ability to endure, heal, and create lasting, meaningful change.
