Get to know Kapina

Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and better understand yourself, your experiences, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that are feeling difficult right now, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on the strengths and resources you already have. We can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create meaningful change that feels aligned with who you are.

Reaching out for support is not always easy. You may be used to carrying things on your own, putting others’ needs first, or feeling uncertain about what to expect from therapy. I aim to offer a space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely heard, and make sense of what you’re going through without fear of judgment. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
