Get to know Jessica

Hi there! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), under supervision while completing my practicum. I work with adults 18+ navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, chronic illness/disability, or exhaustion from holding it together.

My approach draws on clinical training, perinatal/infant healthcare experience, and lived experience of chronic illness, neurodivergence, and queer identity. Together we’ll connect your experiences to the systems shaping them, building self-trust and choice.
