Get to know Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica. I support individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. You might be managing stress, ADHD-related challenges, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, while trying to keep everything together on the outside. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin building tools that feel realistic for your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. Together, we can explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you.

I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology practicum student and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer reduced-rate therapy under clinical supervision and would be happy to connect to see if we may be a good fit.
