Get to know Jenna

Hi, I’m Jenna. I’m an Associate Therapist currently offering low-cost, supervised counselling services.

I know life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and having the right support can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and openly sharing whatever is on your mind.

I believe therapy is most helpful when you truly feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw from a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy, and I tailor each session to fit your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re new to therapy or looking for support during a challenging time, I’d be happy to connect. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
