Sometimes, we can recognize that something in our lives feels difficult without fully understanding why. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, avoiding things that feel difficult, struggling to express what you need, or noticing patterns in your relationships that you want to understand better.
I’m curious about what may be happening underneath those experiences. In therapy, we can slow things down and make space to notice what you’re feeling, what you may need, and what might be shaping the way you respond. Rather than rushing toward solutions, I believe there can be value in understanding our experiences more deeply and making room for something different to emerge.
My approach is relational and emotion-focused, and I see therapy as a collaborative process. I won’t tell you who you should be or what you should do. Instead, I’ll invite curiosity about your experiences while respecting your pace and what feels meaningful to you. I also recognize that our relationships, culture, and the environments we grow up in can shape how we understand ourselves, our needs, and what we believe we are allowed to ask for.
You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out. We can start with what is happening for you now and make space to understand it together.
