If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or as though you’re carrying the weight of everything on your own, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and find a different way forward. I understand how easy it can be to get stuck in distressing patterns, feel consumed by self-doubt, or know you want things to change but struggle to take the first step. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout.
I strive to make therapy a collaborative practice where we work together to outline your goals and work to explore the thoughts and patterns that are keeping you stuck and establish practical skills that allow you to cope with daily life with increased confidence and self-compassion. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and believe that meaningful change is built upon the strengths you already possess.
I use an integrative approach that draws mainly from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic and emotion focused principles. However, I aim to use skills and approaches that are best suited for your unique needs and experiences.
As a Master of Psychotherapy student practicing under supervision, I offer affordable therapy options, including pro-bono services for eligible clients. I also provide a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and help determine whether we would be a good fit to work together.
