Maybe you’ve been carrying the sense that something isn’t quite working, even if you can’t put your finger on what it is. You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, moving through a life transition, navigating relationships, or questioning what you want your life to look like. You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or a plan for therapy. Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere to slow down and make sense of what’s been going on.
I’m especially drawn to working with adults who are exploring how they want to live, connect, and move through the world. This might include exploring identity, gender or sexuality, navigating neurodivergence, working through anxiety or shame, making sense of relationships, or figuring out what comes next. I work from an affirming, client-centred perspective, with particular care for 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients.
I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest about the complicated parts of your experience without needing to make everything fit neatly. I’ll bring warmth, curiosity, and openness to our work together, while making room for uncertainty, conflicting feelings, and the parts of yourself you may still be getting to know. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, clearer about what matters to you, and more able to move toward a life that feels like your own.
I’m a Master of Counselling Psychology student and intern therapist, practicing under the supervision of Michael Peddle (005469). I don’t see my role as telling you who you are or giving you the “right” answers. Instead, I’m here to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you as you figure out what feels meaningful and true for you.
