As a graduate-level counselling intern completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), I bring empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences with compassion and authenticity.
In our work together, you will learn to build emotional awareness, strengthen self-acceptance, and develop healthier coping strategies. We’ll work toward identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns, breaking cycles of anxiety or depression, and fostering more balanced relationships and inner resilience.
I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gestalt Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support strengths-based, actionable change.
I believe that growth begins with understanding and acceptance, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.
