My road to counseling was anything but conventional — and I believe that is precisely what I bring to this work.
For two decades I navigated the demands of international business, working across cultures and borders in relentlessly competitive environments. It was through personal hardship and a deliberate pause to look inward that I found my true direction. What also became clear was that I had spent years instinctively doing this work informally — sitting with people in their struggles, helping them see their situations differently and find their own way through.
Today I work with adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and the weight of major life changes. My approach is grounded in CBT, delivered with genuine warmth and the kind of understanding that only lived experience can offer. I speak both Turkish and English and feel at home working with people from varied cultural and professional walks of life.
I won’t tell you what to do. I will be there while you figure it out.
