Talk therapy is deeply valuable, but words alone cannot always reach the depth of what we feel. If you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, or life transitions, creative expression offers a grounded, non-verbal path toward healing. I provide virtual art therapy across Canada as well as in-person art psychotherapy in Toronto at the Creative Works Studio (793 Gerrard St. East).
In our sessions, we use creative mediums to untangle complex emotions, regulate the nervous system, and access insights that conversation alone might miss. No artistic background or skill is required—art therapy focuses entirely on the process of personal discovery, emotional release, and curiosity, never on creating a finished piece of art.
As a student Art Psychotherapist at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT), I provide accessible, trauma-informed care tailored to your lived experience. I am currently completing my clinical practicum under the direct supervision of Registered Psychotherapist Heidi Argyle (MA, RP, RCAT).
