Get to know Dana

Hi, my name is Dana!

I have a strong person-centered approach to therapy, which means that I really consider your personal uniqueness within our sessions and our treatment plan, to help you reach your therapeutic goals in a way that works for you.

Some modalities that I like to work with include CBT, SFBT, ACT, and mindfulness, just to name a few. I have a strong background in working with people with diverse disabilities, which hints at my patience, an understanding that no two people are the same, and my acceptance for all people. You are welcome as you are!

I am currently a student with Yorkville University, but in my free time, I like spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and baking!
