Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and working as a student therapist under clinical supervision.
I work with adults and youth 16+ who may be navigating trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, or major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting clients who are trying to better understand how their identity, relationships, upbringing, and past experiences shape the way they move through the world today.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centred. I believe therapy does not have to feel overly formal or intimidating. Sometimes, it can simply be a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, feel less alone, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying.
I aim to meet clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Rather than telling you what to do, I hope to walk alongside you as we explore what feels difficult, what patterns may be keeping you stuck, and what kind of support or change may feel meaningful to you.
I offer in-person sessions in Ottawa and virtual sessions across Ontario. Sliding scale spots are available. I provide therapy in English and can offer support in French at an intermediate level.
Look forward to hearing from you soon!
