Get to know Christine

I am Christine (she/her), a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) practicing under the supervision of a supportive and experienced clinical supervisor. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, trauma, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, caregiving and burnout. I am neurodivergent affirming and LGBTQ2S+ inclusive. I offer a client-focused approach that utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

As a trained Conflict Mediator, I aim to provide clients with a respectful and safe space to explore their experiences and work toward their goals, and navigate feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, or heaviness that can arise throughout life.

An essential aspect of successful therapy is having a good therapeutic alliance. I prioritize my clients’ therapeutic goals and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and free to express themselves during sessions.

I am pleased to discuss EMDR and if that may be a good fit for you , I have currently finished Phase 1 of EMDR training and working towards full accreditation (full disclosure, not EMDR certified until Jan 25th 2026).
