Chloe is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours), with a concentration in Disability and Chronic Illness.
Chloe provides warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and identity concerns, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, and life transitions. She creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Her approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strength-based approaches. Chloe tailors therapy to each client’s needs, helping them build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen self-confidence, and work toward meaningful change.
