Dear reader,
If you’re here, you may be going through a difficult time. Perhaps something feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, or maybe you’ve reached a point where the ways you’ve been coping no longer seem to be working. You might be struggling with your relationships, self-worth, anxiety, burnout, shame, or a major transition in your life. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you found your way to this space.
I believe therapy begins with having a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on—without having to have it all figured out first. My role isn’t to tell you who you should be or how you should live. Instead, I want to get curious with you about your experience: what you’re feeling, what you’re needing, what gets in the way, and what might be possible when you begin to understand yourself more deeply.
I’m a therapist-in-training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, and my approach is warm, relational, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I’m particularly drawn to working with people navigating shame, people-pleasing, difficult relationship patterns, self-worth, ADHD-related challenges, burnout, and life transitions.
Sometimes, healing begins simply by having someone sit with you in what’s difficult and help you make sense of it. That’s the kind of space I hope to offer—a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and explore what you need and where you want to go from here.
