I believe healing happens through connection and begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported as the whole person you are. My goal is to help you better understand and reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change
that reflects who you are and the life you want to build.
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth, trauma and adverse experiences, relationship challenges, communication, and major life changes. I am especially passionate about supporting
persons with disabilities who may be navigating changes in independence, identity, sense of self, or the future they once envisioned.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that our experiences can shape us without having to define us. Drawing from Schema Therapy, CBT, person-centred, narrative, emotion-focused, existential, and family systems approaches, we can explore how past experiences and relationship patterns influence the way you think, feel, connect, and see yourself today.
Whether you are rebuilding after difficult experiences, strengthening relationships and communication, or searching for greater meaning, direction, and purpose, I believe resilience grows as we reconnect with our values, strengths, and sense of who we are.
Finding meaning and purpose can become a powerful driving force for well-being, the life we create, and the future we choose to pursue.
