Life can feel tremendously overwhelming at times, and I want to offer you a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Through my personal therapeutic work in navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics and life transitions, I understand firsthand how transformational a genuine, compassionate therapeutic space can be—one that allows you to feel heard while also inviting self-exploration.

Many of us relate to being the one who keeps it all together—often high-functioning, navigating multiple roles, and seeking a space where we can finally offload. In our work, we move at your pace, guided by curiosity, warmth, and collaboration.

As a therapist and as a human being, I am grounded in the belief that we are inherently relational and interconnected. I strive to offer a space where you can show up as you are, deepen your self-understanding, and make room for the full range of emotions that come with being human. As someone committed to growth, I value building the capacity to be with and explore discomfort alongside you. Viewing the therapeutic relationship as an extension of community—a place where belonging, being seen, and feeling accepted are not just ideas, but experienced.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and identity-affirming care, with a relational and eclectic focus. I hold a non-judgmental stance that honours the nuances of your experiences, including the cultural contexts that shape your story. It is an honour to accompany you as you explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.
