Get to know Antonietta

Are you trying to manage challenging emotions and feeling stuck? With my background as both an educator and an expressive arts therapist, I have worked with teens and adults to encourage them as they navigate anxiety, stress, interpersonal difficulties, and a more attuned self-awareness. I bring an empathetic, genuine, and compassionate perspective, combined with a creative understanding that fosters self-expression. The connection between the body and mind is powerful, and my goal is to use that to boost emotional processing, deepen self-compassion, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
