Get to know Ally

Hi! My name is Ally. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and currently completing my masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I offer over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and their families, with a particular focus on autism support, behaviourism, and neurodiversity-affirming care. I work from a compassionate, practical, and strenghts-based framework to help support clients through emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. I provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and parents, and offer support around autism, anxiety, stress/burnout, and life transitions. My clinical approach is client-centered, developmentally informed, and emotionally attuned, with an emphasis on building safety, trust, and practical coping strategies.
