Alexandria is a student therapist currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She offers individual therapy in English, both in-person and online, for adults seeking support through life’s challenges.
She works with individuals who may be feeling stuck in relationship patterns, navigating anxiety or life transitions, or exploring questions around identity and connection. Alexandria takes a warm, collaborative approach, grounded in curiosity and care. Her work is informed by attachment-based and trauma-informed perspectives, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences and developing a deeper understanding of themselves.
Alexandria is committed to creating a space that feels open, respectful, and free of judgment. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcomes clients of diverse identities, relationship structures, and sexualities. Her approach is sex-positive and inclusive, offering a space where conversations around connection, intimacy, and self-expression can be explored safely.
She understands that starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, and aims to meet clients where they are—moving at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. As a student therapist, Alexandria is supported through ongoing supervision and is dedicated to continued learning and growth in her practice.
