I believe therapy should be a space where people feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. As a student therapist, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
I’m especially interested in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, and I draw upon modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Narrative Therapy to help clients develop practical coping tools, increase self-awareness, and explore the stories and experiences that shape their lives.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, authenticity, and openness. I strive to meet clients where they are while encouraging growth at a pace that feels manageable and supportive, creating a space where clients can feel empowered, understood, and hopeful about change.
