How to Cancel Your Listing

If you signed up before January 2025:

 

If you purchased a Clinic Listing with multiple Student Listings in the same transaction:

  • Student listings purchased together are managed as a batch. Cancelling the subscription will cancel all of the student listings in that batch.
  • To cancel only one student listing from a batch purchase, please email admin@findastudenttherapist.ca.

 

If you signed up after January 2025:

  • You can cancel your listing directly from your account dashboard:
  • Dashboard → Subscriptions → Cancel
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will show as “Pending Cancellation.”
  • Your listing will remain visible to clients until the end of your current paid subscription period and will not renew.
  • If you would like your listing removed from the website before the end of your paid period, please email admin@findastudenttherapist.ca and we can remove it sooner.
