Compassionate, Affordable, Insight-Oriented Support — Therapy with Supervised Student Therapists

Our clinic offers a team of culturally responsive, 2sLGBTIA+ and allied student psychotherapists under clinical supervision. We offer low-cost virtual therapy under the supervision of an experienced integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist.

Our practice supports adults and teens navigating a range of challenges—whether you’re coming in with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, immigration experiences, relationship struggles, processing unresolved conflicts, identity exploration, or simply seeking a space to feel seen and heard.

We bring lived experience with diasporic experiences, chronic illness, neurodivergence, racial and cultural identity, and grief, among many others.

Sessions are collaborative and personalized to support your specific goals, helping you build clarity, emotional resilience and deepened integration. We use different therapeutic modalities such as talk therapy, narrative, existential, art therapy, somatic/nervous system focus, and parts work.

We understand the deep impact that systemic and social-historical factors have on individual and collective mental health and well-being, and we support building tools to navigate, liberate, and dismantle whenever possible. We offer a range of tools for coping in the moment, as well as deeper, exploratory work for longer-term change over time.

Common Areas of Support: Anxiety • Depression • Life Transitions • Grief • Neurodivergence • Chronic Illness • Relationship Dynamics • Racial & Cultural Identity • 2SLGBTQIA+ Experiences • Self Esteem  • Open Relationships • Faith & Spirituality • Body Image  • Parenting Issues • Sex and Sexuality • Immigration and Acculturation experiences

If any of this resonates for you, we invite you to reach out to be matched with a student therapist for a free 30 minute consultation.

Details:

Fee: $70 or $80 (depending on the experience level of therapist) per 50-minute individual session.

Individual sliding scale: $45-$80.

Couples therapy sliding scale: $100-$120.
