Diane is drawn to counselling by a deep belief in the importance of being genuinely seen and understood. Life can bring experiences that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about where we are going, or simply overwhelmed by everything we are carrying. Diane believes that having someone alongside us, someone who listens with care and without judgment, can create meaningful space for reflection, growth, and change.
She understands the strength it takes to be invited into the personal experiences individuals bring to therapy. Whether someone is navigating a difficult transition, trying to understand themselves more deeply, or simply looking for a place to pause and reflect, she approaches the therapeutic relationship with openness, respect, and warmth.
Her clinical development is supported through ongoing supervision with a Registered Psychotherapist, and she remains committed to learning, self-reflection, and continually growing as a counsellor.
