Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide an affirming, compassionate space where you can be yourself without judgment or having to filter your experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at your pace—building trust, exploring what matters to you, and creating space for both vulnerability and growth.
Two beliefs guide my work: people’s behaviour makes sense, and people need safety. Together, we’ll explore your story and the personal, relational, cultural, and social contexts that have shaped it. We’ll also explore what it means for you to feel safe, seen, understood, and authentically yourself.
As a trans woman, I have lived experience with some of the complexities of gender and identity and understand the resilience that can be required to navigate transition, gender dysphoria, affirmation, 2SLGBTQ+ experiences, burnout, and feeling unseen or undervalued. I welcome clients who want a therapist who sees the whole person—and recognizes that sometimes what you’re struggling with isn’t a personal failure, but a response to the world around you.
