Get to know Sunaina

Feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with ADHD, or finding yourself overthinking everything? Maybe you’re dealing with attachment or relationship struggles, low self-esteem, family stress, or simply want to understand yourself and your patterns on a deeper level.

Hi, I’m Sunaina! I offer a warm and comfortable space where you don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes, you just need somewhere you can talk openly, slow things down, and make sense of what’s actually going on.

I’m especially passionate about working with anxiety, ADHD, relationships, and attachment. I’m interested in looking beyond what’s happening on the surface and exploring the patterns, emotions, experiences, and relationships that may be underneath it.

Therapy with me is open and collaborative. We’ll talk about what you want from therapy, what we’re working toward, what’s helping, and what isn’t. If something doesn’t feel right, I want you to tell me. If something clicks, I want to know that too. This is your therapy, and you should have a voice in it.

I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. You’re trying to choose someone you can actually talk to, feel comfortable with, and trust with parts of your life that may be difficult to share. That relationship matters to me, and I want therapy to feel like a real conversation where you can process, vent, reflect, laugh, and show up as yourself.

I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one specific approach. Along with understanding yourself more deeply, we can work toward practical changes that make a difference outside of our sessions too.

As a student therapist, I’m currently offering **affordable virtual counselling for $30–$50 per session.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I offer a FREE 15-minute consultation where we can meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see how it feels.
