Get to know Iris

I bring a warm, connection-focused approach to complement the courage it takes to reach out for mental health support. As an integrative therapist drawing on Mindfulness, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, I keep an open mind about healing and draw on my clients’ innate strengths to build coping skills to appreciate how each individual have unique life experiences. I strive to balance a lighthearted and inclusive environment with an insightful one, letting us enjoy moments of joy and silliness while sitting with moments of hardship and profound awareness.

With 10+ years of hospitality and childcare experience, connecting with others has been my passion, which has developed into a desire to support others with the pressures of burnout and overwhelm, anxiety and depression, life transitions, relationship conflicts and encouraging self-compassion and self-awareness.
